The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) is committed to providing an open forum for African Americans to share and glean information. Additionally, it is a vehicle for providing leadership development opportunities that are relevant to career growth in the HR profession. NAAAHR’s national strategy is focused on three (3) main areas:
  1. Leadership: Providing assistance with local chapter development and Stakeholder Relationships

  2. Membership Engagement: Strategic Partnerships and Chapter Programming meeting members needs

  3. Infrastructure and Operational Excellence: Operations and Chapter Alignment

NAAAHR exists to provide a unique global forum for the career development of Black and African American human resources professionals.

The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), is an inspirational and unique career development and networking powerhouse for Black and African American human resources practitioners and those who are aligned with our goals to provide: Networking, Career Opportunities, Educational and Professional Development, Mentorship and Coaching and Tools, Tips and Resources. These opportunities will enhance the careers of our members and position them to be key contributors of the strategic direction of their organizations!

NAAAHR Collegiate Network

Mission

The Mission of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources Collegiate Network is to give student members access to a community of like-minded, common-goal-driven individuals who can support and sustain their professional success while standing on a platform of community service, leadership, and advocacy.
