This Round Table is moderated by Tracey E. Joseph, an accomplished Human Resources Consultant, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for the community. With nearly two decades of executive-level experience and multiple certifications to her name, Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide our discussion.

Howard K. Hill: A visionary leader dedicated to fostering economic empowerment and community prosperity through the Black Business Alliance, the Prosperity Foundation New Haven, and as the owner of Howard K. Hill Funeral Home Services.
Andrew Beamon: A dedicated leader in corporate social responsibility and community engagement, driving positive change with a wealth of experience and expertise.
Kevnesha Boyd: A dedicated healer, Licensed Professional Counselor, Cannabis Consultant, and Yoga Teacher, committed to helping trauma survivors find balance and healing from generational and racial trauma. With a strong background in mental health, advocacy, and holistic wellness, Kevneasha envisions a future where mental health disparities in the Black community are reduced through her work at Quality Counseling.
Kenneasha Sloley: An experienced School Principal and Administrator with a remarkable track record in leading educational institutions toward innovation, growth, and a brighter future. She also serves as a mentor and consultant, inspiring and guiding aspiring leaders and fellow educators in their pursuit of a more equitable society.
Dr. Prez Palmer: A seasoned dual-licensed Realtor and Insurance Agent committed to forming enduring client relationships to help achieve their financial objectives. Dr. Palmer's diverse background as a military veteran, Justice of the Peace, and active member of various organizations, including Rotary Club International and the Masonic fraternity, underscores his dedication to service and community involvement.
Kebra Smith-Bolden: A dynamic force in the Connecticut Cannabis Industry, known as the "Marijuana Guru" and the founder of Cannahealth and NoirEnVerte, LLC. Kebra seamlessly blends her expertise as a Registered Nurse with her passion for Cannabis, making her a pioneering figure and Market Leader for Women Grow Connecticut.
Bridgette Russell: A dedicated Delta Sigma Theta Sorority soror and the accomplished Managing Director at Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven, driving impactful community initiatives.
